Als Application Manager bist Du der primäre Ansprechpartner für Deine Kunden hinsichtlich aller Fragestellungen, die sich aus dem operativen Betrieb von Dynamics 365 beim Kunden ergeben Du bist verantwortlich für die Sicherstellung der Kundenzufriedenheit und der langfristigen Partnerschaft über das Implementierungsprojekt hinaus Du bildest die Schnittstelle zur Koordination und Kommunikation zwischen laufenden Projekten und dem Betrieb beim Kunden Aktive und regelmäßige Kommunikation mit dem Kunden im Hinblick auf Weiterentwicklungen und Prozessverbesserungen Steuerung und Planung der Service- und Ressourcenbedarfe, die sich aus der kontinuierlichen Betreuung des Kunden ergeben Erstellung von Aufwandsschätzungen und Angeboten Zudem übernimmst Du die Verantwortung in Bezug auf Umsatz, Profitabilität, Qualität und Kundenzufriedenheit Eine interessante und vielseitige Herausforderung, bei der Teamwork wirklich zähltRequirements

Du verfügst über ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten und Erfahrungen im Bereich Application Managed Services Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen, Microsoft Dynamics 365 oder vergleichbaren Lösungen ist erforderlich Erfahrung in der Anwendung von Projektmanagement-Methoden und Werkzeugen (MS Projects, Azure DevOps etc.), idealerweise auch in agilen Umfeldern, ist wünschenswert Du verfügst über mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Dienstleistungs- bzw.
