Your Responsibilities:

  • Operational and business management of 3 hotels in Berlin
  • Coordination and supervision of the entire business process and operational management by department heads
  • Selection, development, and support of employees
  • Representation within the hotel and the local market
  • Organization of processes throughout the hotel operation
  • Preparation of budgets and reports
  • Acting as a communication interface with the corporate headquarters
  • Preparation of weekly reports, statistics, and monthly financial statements
  • Creation of the annual budget for all revenue and cost areas
  • Responsible for the professional support and training of employees

Your Profile:

  • Several years of experience in the hotel industry and/or a degree from a recognized hotel management school or similar training
  • Several years of professional experience
  • Passion, professionalism, perseverance, and enjoyment of work
  • Leadership experience and team spirit
  • Strong hands-on mentality
  • Entrepreneurial and responsible thinking
  • High service and quality awareness
  • Excellent hosting qualities
  • Marriott Experience is a Plus
  • Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written
