Willkommen bei uns Als Director Sales & New Business (m/w/d) berichtest Du direkt an die Geschäftsführung und übernimmst die Verantwortung für sämtliche globalen und deutschlandweiten New Business Anfragen.

Du trägst die Verantwortung für die Identifizierung und Gewinnung von New Business, auch in einem internationalen Kontext, und unterstützt die Operative durch Deine Expertise bei Etat-Verteidigungen und trägst somit aktiv zum Erfolg der MWO bei.

Du gestaltest aktiv unsere Zukunft, indem Du kontinuierlich und eigenständig eine dynamische Sales-Pipeline entwickelst und Du verfügst über ein ausgeprägtes Netzwerk und gute Kontakte in die Führungsebenen der relevanten Unternehmen.

  • Die Identifikation und Akquisition neuer Kunden und Geschäftspartner, die zu unserer Strategie passen
  • Überzeugungskraft, Ausdauer und Branchenwissen sind der Schlüssel zum Erfolg – Du gewinnst Leads durch Deine proaktive Direktanspreche und pflegst Kontakte zu Entscheidern / C-Level
  • Du hast den Markt und den Wettbewerb stets im Blick und entwickelst erfolgreiche Akquise- und Verkaufsstrategien, um unsere Wachstumsziele zu erreichen.
  • Du arbeitest aktiv mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams zusammen, um die nahtlose Umsetzung von Vertriebsstrategien zu gewährleisten.
  • Erstellung einer langfristigen NB Strategie für das Unternehmen
  • Vorbereitung, Koordination und Teilnahme an (globalen) Pitches, auch in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unserem dentsu Netzwerk. Der Fokus liegt auf Koordinationsthemen wie z.B. Templates, Timings etc.
  • Teilnahme an relevanten Branchenveranstaltungen und Networking-Events zur Stärkung der Marktpräsenz

DEINE Skills für MWO:

  • Erfahrung und Leidenschaft im Sales, idealerweise im New Business Management
  • Mind. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Pharma & Healthcare, sowie sehr gute Kontakte zu Entscheidern
  • Deine sympathische und eloquente Art überzeugt sowohl in Deutsch als auch in Englisch
  • Du besitzt die Fähigkeit, in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld effektiv zu arbeiten.
  • Starke Kundenorientierung sowie analytische und unternehmerische Denkweise mit hoher Lösungsorientierung
  • Hohe Teamfähigkeit und offener Umgang mit allen Stakeholdern, sowie soziale und kulturelle Kompetenz
