As a leading contract manufacturer and developer in the pharmaceutical industry, with 4,000 employees across 15 sites worldwide.

Our Starnberg site serves as the headquarters of the Aenova Group. We are currently looking for a CRM & Process Development Expert (f/m/d) to join our team in Starnberg (Percha), Germany. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Own, manage and design the evolution of the CRM system to meet business needs
  • Lead the development and implementation of efficient and effective CRM processes to ensure seamless customer interactions and data management
  • Develop and implement training programs for Sales, Business Management and Customer Service teams
  • Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure CRM system and processes integration
  • Monitor and report on CRM performance metrics and KPIs for continuous improvement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to align CRM system with business goals
  • Build and manage dashboards to track relevant KPIs
  • Responsible for data maintenance and clean up

Your profile should include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in CRM and process development roles
  • Strong understanding of CRM principles, processes, and technologies
  • Experience with CRM system implementation, customization, and integration
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams
