Als Spezialist mit langjähriger Erfahrung in der Immobilienmodernisierung und -bewirtschaf-tung konzentrieren wir uns auf Büroimmobilien mit Wertsteigerungspotenzial in innerstädtischer Lage an den wichtigsten deutschen Bürostandorten.
Aufgaben
• Nachhaltigkeitsbezogene Projektvorbereitung, -begleitung und -auswertung aus Datensicht (Projektmanagement, Ausschreibungen, Steuerung von Dienstleistern)
• (Weiter-)Entwicklung und (begleitende) Umsetzung von nachhaltigen Lösungsansätzen, Da-tenprozessen sowie IT-Lösungen, insbesondere auf Immobilien- und Portfolio-, aber auch Un-ternehmensebene (z. B. Roll-Out Smart Metering, Energiemonitoring, Gebäudeleittechnik, Bauteilinventarisierung, CAFM, BIM)
• Erhebung, Aufbereitung, Analyse, Visualisierung und Benchmarking von ESG-Daten (z. B. Verbrauchs- und Emissionsdaten) sowie laufende Pflege und Optimierung der ESG-Software (Predium)
• Datenseitige Begleitung der DGNB-Nachhaltigkeitszertifizierung "Gebäude im Betrieb"
• (Begleitende) Umsetzung von Reportingverpflichtungen (z. B. CSRD, EU-Taxonomie, externe und interne Ergebnisdarstellungen etc.)
• Thematisches Research im Bereich nachhaltiger Bestandsimmobilien
• Abgeschlossenes, einschlägiges Studium (z. B. Gebäudeenergie- und Gebäudeinformations-technik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Controlling, Data Science, Klimagerechtes Bauen und Betrei-ben von Immobilien, Planung nachhaltiger Gebäude) oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs aus den Bereichen Umwelt-, Wirtschafts- oder Ingenieurwissenschaften mit Datenbezug
• Idealerweise erste Berufserfahrungen bei einem Immobilienunternehmen oder -dienstleister, jeweils mit Nachhaltigkeitsbezug
• Hohe IT- und Datenaffinität
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Strukturierte, selbstorganisierte und präzise Arbeitsweise
