Your Mission:


As a brand ambassador maintain and promote the highest standard through extensive product knowledge and brand expertise to deliver a A class customer experience, with a customer centric mindset, striving to meet concession ambition.


Your responsibilities:

  • Be the face of the new Moët & Chandon Bar at KaDeWe the first and last impression the customers will remember
  • Welcome customers warm and personally and provide a fond farewell that encourages guests to return
  • Ensure customers are seated correctly in the bar according to the floor plan
  • Serve and advise customers always giving the highest standard of service
  • Communicate any relevant / important customer information to the team and management
  • Prepare drink orders for customers according to specified recipes using the measurement system
  • Develop loyalty with our customers by building relationships through a 121 host and personal shopper style approach to sales
  • Introduce addon sales and achieve maximum sales potential in line with individual and departmental targets
  • Be conversant with selling systems, cash and credit and exchange procedures
  • Deal effectively with customer complaints by liaising with the line manager when necessary
  • Ensure a knowledge of sales targets and bar/store performance on a daily and weekly basis
  • Support the team to set up and maintain cleanliness and condition of the bar following the highest standards of housekeeping
  • Ensure uniform and personal appearance are always clean and professional
  • Follow all company administration systems, safety & security, and stock management policies & procedures to minimize risks or losses and theft of products
  • Develop and maintain a positive and respectful working relationship to support the team and reach common goals

PROFILE

Professional experience & know how:

  • Proven experience in luxury retail, lifestyle hospitality (Bar/Lounge/Restaurant) or service environment
  • Understands the importance and impact of their job in the overall guest experience
  • Knowledge of wines & spirits preferred; on top you will learn all about champagne
  • Loves to meet new people all the time with a customercentric mindset
  • Strong clientelling skills to ensure client contact is maintained by building a longterm professional and loyal relationship
  • Motivated and committed with a 'can do' positive attitude and takes pride in delivering a sophisticated personalized service
  • Able to meet the demands of a busy bar/concession with high energy levels and a determination to achieve a strong sales record
  • Experienced in handling all methods payment procedures (cash/credit/debit)
  • Great communicator and proud team player while having fun doing their job

Languages

  • German and English mandatory
  • Other language is a plus
