Zur Unterstützung unserer Personalabteilung suchen wir eine:n HR/P&C Officer (m/w/d). Du fungierst als erste Ansprechperson für interne und externe personalbezogene Anfragen und bist hauptsächlich für HR Operations und Services, d.h. vor allem für administrative Aufgaben in unserem Team zuständig. Hinzu kommen kleinere Einsätze in anderen HR-Bereichen, wie z.B. Freiwilligenmanagement, Recruiting, Mitarbeiterbetreuung oder in der Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeitenden. **Aufgaben**:
- Du stellst die selbstständige und eigenverantwortliche Bearbeitung aller administrativen Aufgaben der operativen Personalarbeit (z.B. die Erstellung von Verträgen, Zeugnissen und Mitarbeiterschreiben) sicher.
- Durch die zuverlässige Stammdatenverwaltung in Personio sowie die Pflege der (digitalen) Personalakten leistest du einen wichtigen Beitrag für eine hohe Datenqualität. Für die Bearbeitung aller Dokumente wird eine Anwesenheit in unserem Büro an mind. 2 Tagen pro Woche vorausgesetzt.
- Du bist Ansprechpartner:in für Mitarbeiter:innen, Führungskräfte und den Betriebsrat zu administrativen HR-Fragestellungen.
- Das Erstellen, Überwachen und Analysieren von Personalkennzahlen und Statistiken (regelmäßig und ad-hoc) zählt ebenfalls zu deinem Aufgabengebiet.
- Du unterstützt das Team beim Recruiting u.a. beim Veröffentlichen von Stellenanzeigen und dem Vorbereiten von Interviewleitfäden.
- Du unterstützt das gesamte HR-Team bei administrativen und organisatorischen Aufgaben.
- Du unterstützt die Koordination der Freiwilligen, die sich im internationalen Freiwilligen-Netzwerk und in deutschlandweiten ProVeg-Gruppen engagieren und übernimmst administrative Aufgaben rund ums Freiwilligenmanagement.
- Du bist sprachlich gewandt und kreativ und sorgst so für eine zielgruppengerechte, professionelle Abwicklung der HR-Kommunikation (intern und extern) auf Deutsch und Englisch.
- Du unterstützt bei der Betreuung und Einarbeitung von Praktikant:innen.
- Die selbstständige Bearbeitung unterschiedlicher Themenstellungen aus dem Personalwesen sowie das Mitwirken in Projekten runden dein Aufgabengebiet ab.

- Erforderlich_
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder Bachelor
- Erste Berufserfahrung in der Personaladministration, idealerweise in Deutschland
- Genaues und effizientes Arbeiten mit einem hohen Maß an Detailgenauigkeit
- Fähigkeit, unter Zeitdruck zu arbeiten und Prioritäten zu setzen
- Ausgezeichnete organisatorische Fähigkeiten
- Sehr gute schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
- Wahrung von Vertraulichkeit und Professionalität zu jeder Zeit
- Förderung einer positiven Teamdynamik durch Wissensaustausch und Unterstützung der Kolleg:innen

- kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium mit HR-Schwerpunkt
- Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit HR-Software (idealerweise Personio)
