Aufgaben
  • Mitwirkung bei der On- und Off-Market Akquise von Grundstücken, Objekten und Immobilienportfolios
  • Unterstützung beim Erstscreening von Objekten und Portfolios sowie der Immobilienbewertung
  • Ausbau des bereits vorhandenen Netzwerkes sowie Relationship Management mit den Transaktions- und Akquisitionspartnern
  • Durchführung von Markt-, Standort- und Wettbewerbsanalysen
  • Chancen- und Risikoanalysen für Einzel- sowie Portfoliotransaktionen
  • Begleitung der Kaufvertragsverhandlungen sowie Vorbereitung von Ankaufsdokumenten, u.a. LOIs
  • Erstellung und Abstimmung von Protokollen, Analysen, Präsentationen sowie von Entscheidungs- und Investitionsvorlagen
  • Mitwirkung im laufenden Reporting
  • Zuarbeit bei der Koordination und Steuerung der Projekte sowie Transaktionen, insbesondere mit dem kaufmännischen und technischen Asset Management

Profil
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Immobilienfinanzierung oder Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im Real Estate Umfeld, insbesondere im Akquisitions- und Transaktionsbereich
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie ein hohes Maß an Ergebnisorientierung
  • Unternehmerische Denkweise und Zahlenaffinität
  • Sehr guter Umgang mit dem MS Office Paket, insbesondere MS Excel
  • Sichere Kenntnisse der deutschen und englischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift
  • Eigenverantwortliche, gewissenhafte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
