About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Transaction Consultant to join our team at IEG - Investment Banking Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-level consultancy services to clients in national and international transactions.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and consolidate new client relationships with a view to long-term cooperation.
  • Take over project management for transaction mandates in the areas of Mergers and Acquisitions, Financing, and Corporate Advisory services.
  • Contribute to strategic corporate development and growth initiatives.
  • Assume responsibility for individual corporate divisions and drive business growth.

Your Profile

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong track record in transactional services. You will have:

  • At least 8-10 years of extensive transaction experience.
  • A well-developed network of decision-makers and multipliers in the sector.
  • Strong consultative sales skills in new client acquisition.
  • Entrepreneurial thinking, high motivation, and a proactive approach.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding command of the English language and ideally another foreign language.
