- Gesamtverantwortung und inhaltliche Koordination des gesamten Personalmanagements an allen deutschen Standorten der Leschaco Gruppe
- Dazu gehören Mitarbeitergewinnung, Ausbildungs- und Nachwuchsprogramme, Personalbetreuung und -entwicklung, Talent Management, Engagement, Gehaltspolitik und Entgeltabrechnung, Personalcontrolling und Headcount-Planung, Vertragsgestaltung und internationaler Mitarbeiteraustausch
- Entwicklung, Steuerung und Umsetzung von HR-Konzepten in enger Abstimmung mit angrenzenden Fachbereichen sowie bspw. GHR, OD, Corporate Communication und Board

Profil
Anforderungen & Erfahrung
- Mindestens ca. 10 Jahre Berufserfahrung in unterschiedlichen Bereichen
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Führung von Teams und direkter Mitarbeiterentwicklung
- Fachliche Affinität und fundiertes Wissen zu weiten Teilen des Personalmanagements
- Hochschulabschluss und Englischkenntnisse fließend in Wort und Schrift von Vorteil
- Fortgeschrittene Excel-Kenntnisse werden vorausgesetzt
