**Stellenbeschreibung**
In dieser Funktion gewährleisten Sie einen effektiven und reibungslosen Ablauf des elektrischen Teils des Shopfloors im Bereich Automation Systems und die Fertigstellung der Gewerke nach Projektplan.
**Aufgabenstellung**
- Selbstständiges Führen der Gruppe Electrical Workshop als Bindeglied zwischen Gruppe und der Teamleitung
- Tägliches Überwachen und Tracking des Montagefortschritts inkl. Reportings
- Selbstständige Durchführung von Mitarbeiterunterweisungen
- Erkennen und Umsetzen von Verbesserungspotentialen sowie Mitwirkung am KVP Prozess
- Erkennen von Störungen an den Anlagen sowie das Delegieren von deren Beseitigung
- Anleiten der Gruppe zur Einhaltung von Ordnung und Sauberkeit sowie Umsetzung der 5S Maßnahmen und deren Überwachung
- Koordinieren und Umsetzen von Sonderaufgaben - Kooperative Zusammenarbeit mit allen Schnittstellenabteilungen (Teilnahme an Projektrunden, Teilnahme an KO-Besprechungen etc.)
**Qualifikationen**
- Technische Berufsausbildung, z. B. als Industrieelektroniker / Mechatroniker (m/w/d) sowie einschlägige Aufstiegsfortbildung
- Mindestens 5-jährige Berufserfahrung in einem vergleichbaren Aufgabengebiet
- Spezialkenntnisse im Bereich elektrische Montage, Inbetriebnahme und Service von Sondermaschinen
- Erste Führungserfahrung von Vorteil
- Zielorientierung, Engagement, Motivations-, Kommunikations
- und Teamfähigkeit
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und gute Englischkenntnisse sowie eine sicherer Umhang mit IT-Systemen (MS Office, SAP, MES)
