In this role, you are responsible for independent programming and handling of service orders for our systems internally and at international sites.

Responsibilities

  • Remote monitoring and diagnosis for Gerresheimer systems
  • Control technology optimization and development of machines and systems
  • On-site assignments for implementing service projects
  • Closely working with specialist departments and external partners regarding analysis and solution finding for service projects
  • Training and production accompaniments for our production sites
  • Creation of work and assembly reports including fault progression and rectification
RequirementsTechnician, Master, or Bachelor/Engineer (m/f/d) from the field of Mechatronics/Automation Technology/Electrical Engineering or comparable knowledgeSeveral years of experience in the field of SPS programming (e.g. Siemens TIA, Siemens S7)Experience with SPS-controlled assembly systemsKnowledge in robot programming (e.g. Epson, Stäubli)Structured working method, safe appearance, and high team and communication skillsHigh willingness to travel within the framework of service assignments at our German and international locationsVery good German and good English skillsAdditional Information
