- Du bereitest Präsentationen vor
- Du kümmerst dich um den Bereich HR Analytics, konkret um Daten-Erhebungen
- sowie Auswertungen mit unserem HR Tool Personio
- Du bist außerdem unterstützend bei administrativen Fragestellungen erste Ansprechperson- Was du mitbringst
- Du zeichnest dich durch eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, schnelle Auffassungsgabe und Hands-on Mentalität aus
- Du übernimmst gern Verantwortung und arbeitest eigenständig
- Du bist schlagfertig und das in Wort und Schrift, egal ob auf Deutsch oder Englisch
- Du bringst Akribie, Sorgfalt und Zuverlässigkeit mit und diese Eigenschaften lassen dich in jeder Situation einen kühlen Kopf bewahren
- Du erstellst Power Point Präsentationen und bist auch sonst fit in den gängigen MS Office Tools
