For our International Cooperation Department in Hamburg
We are looking for a
Student Assistant (m/f/d) Controlling & Compliance
- limited to a maximum of two years / 20 hours per week -
Your tasks:
- Support of the IZ division in project controlling and compliance management (in the Controlling & Compliance team of the International Cooperation Department)
- Analysis, improvement, and documentation of departmental processes
- Support in reporting with the help of MS Excel
- Support in the maintenance of financial and project management systems
- Assist in auditing receipts, project budgets and financial reports of publicly and privately funded projects
- Research work and processing of project information in graphs, tables and presentations
- Collaboration in the establishment and further development of a knowledge management system
- Flexible tasks according to your needs
- Student in the field of economics/social sciences with basic knowledge of accounting and controlling
- Available for at least one year
- Independent and structured work
- Quick comprehension and good analytical skills
- Affinity for numbers and systems
- Very good knowledge of the German language, good knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
- An ergonomic and modern workplace
- Flexible working hours and Mobile working days by arrangement
