  • Strategie & Umsetzung:
    • Du spielst eine zentrale Rolle bei der Gestaltung und Umsetzung unserer Produktstrategie, bist verantwortlich für Produktziele und Roadmap, stellst die strategische Ausrichtung sicher und berichtest direkt an die Gründer.
    • Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Product Leadership Team bezüglich der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung und Entwicklung von agilen Teamstrukturen, Methoden der Zusammenarbeit und der Umsetzung unserer Produktstrategie.
    • Du vertrittst das Produktmanagement innerhalb unseres Leaderships und sorgst für Transparenz und optimale Kollaboration.
  • Leadership:
    • Du bist verantwortlich für unsere Competence Unit Product Management & Operations, bestehend aus insgesamt 6 Mitarbeitern, sowie für das Linemanagement und die Weiterentwicklung deines Teams.
    • Du übernimmst die Festlegung von Zielen und Erwartungen, die Einstellung neuer Mitarbeiter und verantwortest das Unit Budget.
    • Du stellst sicher, dass die Rollen des Produktmanagements klar definiert und verstanden sind.
  • Prozesse & Tools:
    • Sicherstellung der Effektivität der Produktmanagementprozesse in unserem gesamten Produktportfolio, einschließlich internationaler und neuer Märkte.
    • Etablierung und Verfeinerung von Produktmanagementmethoden, von Discovery und Zielsetzung bis hin zu Delivery und Ergebnisverfolgung.
    • Implementierung von Standards für das Sammeln und Verarbeiten von Insights aus verschiedenen Kundensegmenten.
Dein Profil
  • Du hast mindestens 4 Jahre Erfahrung in einer Product Leadership Rolle in einem SaaS B2B Unternehmen
  • Erfahrungen mit mehrseitigen Plattformen und internationalen Produkten als auch Marktplatzmodellen sind ein Plus
  • Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Produktmanagement, Goal Setting, agile Methodik und hast eine Leidenschaft für die Entwicklung großartiger Produkte, die Kunden lieben
  • Du hast ausgeprägte analytische, strategische und koordinative Fähigkeiten
  • Du hast einen Fokus auf datengetriebene Entscheidungen, eine Hands-on-Mentalität und eine unternehmerische Denkweise
  • Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch
