Wir suchen erfahrene Produktmanager*innen mit Begeisterung für unsere Vision von freier Bildung für alle. Als Head of Product unseres kleinen und agilen Produktentwicklungs-Teams hast Du mit deiner Arbeit großen Einfluss auf den Gesamterfolg von Du gestaltest hochwertige Lernerfahrungen für hunderttausende User und verbesserst die Tools für Autor*innen, um unsere Wirkung zu skalieren.

**Deine Aufgaben**
- Du entwickelst gemeinsam mit uns die Produktvision von Serlo weiter.
- Du verantwortest die Produktstrategie und sorgst für deren Umsetzung in unseren Priorisierungsprozessen.
- Du behältst den Markt und unsere kommerzielle Konkurrenz im Blick, erkennst Zukunftsthemen und sorgst für stetige Innovation von
- Du bist Ansprechpartner*in für alle Mitglieder des Teams, vermittelst Produktvision und Anforderungen und klärst fachliche Fragen.
- Du vertrittst Serlo aus Produktperspektive in Gesprächen mit unseren Kooperationspartnern.
