Overview:
We are looking for a Key Account Support superstar. Someone with great admin skills, a keen eye for detail, and a skill for juggling lots of balls.

We're looking for someone who can assist the Sales Team in managing retail relationship, hitting budgets & executing our promotional plan and tracking trade spend.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide great day to day support to our sales team:
  • With bringing up customer sell in & sell out analysis / insights to help the KAMs analysis
  • Provide customers all the necessary information (i.e. complete new line forms, product data sheets & turnover reports)
  • Provide data driven, accurate & timely inputs to KAM and demand planning to support S&OP process and accurate forecasts. Work closely with key customer contacts to ensure their customer service needs are met.
  • Serve as a passionate role model for our values and advocate within our customers (brand from the inside out), further positioning our brands as differentiated and valuesdriven to support premium positioning.
  • Ensure accurate pricing within our internal systems
  • Maintain the high level of accuracy of technical data in our external Datapools (GDS1, Markant etc)
  • Support delivery of our strategy by also working independently on your own projects (e.g. work on launch projects of new SKUs)

Your superpowers:

  • University degree (Bachelor or Master)
  • You're a wizz with Microsoft Office suite and SAP.
  • Ideally you'll have had experience working in a retail or FMCG environment and seeking a career in Sales.
  • You're a language maestro, speaking both German and English fluently.
  • Your communications credentials are one of your biggest strengths; you can strike up strong relationships with people from the getgo
  • You're a selfstarter who isn't just waiting for instruction, you seek out opportunities and make them happen with passion
