- Sicherstellung der telefonischen Erreichbarkeit unseres UHD- Teams und Beantwortung der User- Anfragen telefonisch und per Mail
- Durchführung dokumentierter Serviceprozeduren auf den IT- Systemen unserer Kunden
- Zusammenarbeit mit den Schnittstellen wie Back-Office, Rechenzentrum und anderen Fachabteilungen und Austausch aktuelle Informationen
- First und Second Level Support für IT- Anwender unserer Kunden, Troubleshooting
- Du leistest durch Ihre ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung einen großen Beitrag zur Kundenzufriedenheit
- Ticketbearbeitung unter Berücksichtigung von SLA ́s
- Sicherstellung der Kundenkommunikation (Telefonisch, per Mail, per Ticket) sowie regelmäßiges Statusupdate / Dokumentation im Ticketsystem
