Daher bieten wir ausschließlich Uhren an, die vorab in unserer Meisterwerkstatt durch erfahrene Uhrmacher: innen auf Qualität und Echtheit geprüft und zertifiziert wurden. Seit der Gründung im Jahr 2013 ist es unsere Vision, den Markt über Zugänglichkeit, erstklassigen Service und ein sicheres Einkaufserlebnis zu definieren. Wir sind mit unseren Lounges unter anderem in Köln, Zug und Hong Kong international vertreten. Als Teil des Teams arbeitest du mit knapp 80 Menschen aus 30 verschiedenen Ländern zusammen und hast die Möglichkeit durch eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten deine persönliche sowie die Zukunft von CHRONEXT zu gestalten.

Für die Erweiterung unseres Teams suchen wir, zunächst auf 1 Jahr befristet, am Standort Köln zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt in Vollzeit einen

(JUNIOR) CLIENT ADVISOR (M/W/D)

DEINE VERANTWORTUNG
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Planung, Koordinierung und Durchführung persönlicher Kundentermine zur Übergabe von Luxusuhren
- Du beantwortest Anfragen unserer Kunden im gesamten Verkaufs
- und Beratungsprozess und wickelst die Multi-Channel Kommunikation mit unseren Kunden über Telefon, E-Mail, Chat, Whatsapp und Instagram ab
- Du bist für den kompetenten Verkauf des CHRONEXT Portfolios verantwortlich und stellst reibungslose operative sowie administrative Abläufe (z.B. Organisation & Bearbeitung von diversen Anfragen entlang des Customer Life Cycles) sicher
- Du bist mit verantwortlich für das Datenmanagement sowie die Datenpflege und wickelst das Reklamationsmanagement in unserem CRM-System ab
- Du arbeitest eng mit operativen Schnittstellen Teams von CHRONEXT zusammen und stehst im pro-aktiven Austausch mit diesen Teams

DEIN PROFIL - BEI UNS ZÄHLT, WIE DU TICKST
- Du hast erfolgreich eine Ausbildung im Einzelhandel/ein Studium absolviert und verfügst über erste Erfahrung im Bereich Kundenservice/Sales/Support/Backoffice
- Du verfügst über exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und bist passioniert darin, Kunden auf selbstbewusste, professionelle und charmante Art zu beraten und Du begeisterst Dich für Luxusuhren
- Du arbeitest selbstständig, zuverlässig und pro-aktiv und beschreibst Dich selbst als echten Teamplayer
- Du hast idealerweise bereits mit einem CRM-System wie FreshWorks oder ähnlichem gearbeitet
- Du sprichst neben Deutsch auch fließend Englisch, weitere Sprachen sind ein Plus
- Du kannst Dich mit unseren Business Werten identifizieren: Du bist ehrgeizig, empathisch, engagiert, hast eine hohe Serviceorientierung, arbeitest stets aufmerksam und zeichnest Dich durch ein unternehmerisches Mind-Set aus
