Their cutting-edge web-application platforms are transforming the way grid operators work, enabling them to streamline processes and boost efficiency. As a Customer Success Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring their customers leverage the full potential of these solutions.


In this dynamic position, you will:

  • Collaborate closely with the Client Implementation Team to smoothly onboard new clients during pilot and launch phases.
  • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor for your designated clients, acting as a liaison between them and internal teams in Product and Sales.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of client data to pinpoint patterns and opportunities for enhancing value and satisfaction.
  • Proactively engage with clients, identifying challenges and areas for enhancement in their technical and business workflows.
  • Work alongside clients to craft tailored success strategies that optimize their operations and amplify the impact of the software.
  • Deliver captivating training sessions, webinars, and address case studies to equip clients with the knowledge and skills needed for success.


To excel in this role, you will bring:

  • A background in electrical engineering, power engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in electrical grid systems (planning, operation) or electrical system integration, coupled with the ability to apply this knowledge in the contemporary energy sector.
  • Demonstrated experience in independent project management with a strong emphasis on fostering enduring client relationships.
  • Previous exposure to client success management, key account management, or similar B2B domains is advantageous, though not obligatory.
  • A fervent commitment to championing the client's voice and ensuring their feedback influences product development.
  • The adeptness to navigate internal frameworks and organizational culture while prioritizing client requirements.
  • Fluency in both German and English is essential (additional languages are a plus).
