We - that's around 178,000 employees in 64 countries.Tasks & Responsibilities: What awaits you Ensuring that group and regulatory requirements as regards third party risk management are implemented and the proper governance is put in place in HR Team Defining internal governance, processes and templates, that allow efficient monitoring within HR team Being a first point of contact and providing expertise to other teams within HR and accompanying the entire process Contributing to the preparation of ad-hoc reports or answering ad-hoc requests for existing contractual relationship Expertise & Soft Skills: What you offer University degree in business administration, law or equivalent Preferred several years of experience within the financial industry Knowledge and experience in third party risk management Team orientated and result-driven working style Proficiency in MS Office Tools, in particular good Excel and PPT Skills and SharePoint know-how Full professional fluency in German and English You don't meet every criterion?
