Accursia Capital ist eine international tätige Private Equity Gesellschaft mit Standorten in München und Mailand. Der Schwerpunkt der Investitionstätigkeiten liegt auf mittelständischen Unternehmen in Sondersituationen in ganz Europa. Für unser Team in München suchen wir Sie zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt als
Operations Analyst/Associate (m/w/d) Private Equity
Als Mitglied unseres Operations Team unterstützten Sie aktiv im Beteiligungsmanagement. In dieser Rolle werden Sie Teil eines wachsenden Teams und sind für die erfolgreiche Zusammenarbeit der verschiedenen Geschäftsbereiche mitverantwortlich.
Ihre Aufgabenschwerpunkte sind:
- Direkt nach dem Erwerb einer neuen Beteiligung durch Accursia unterstützen Sie sowohl vor Ort als auch Remote in der Sanierung, Restrukturierung und Optimierung des Unternehmens.
- Gemeinsam mit dem Operations Director und dem Management vor Ort erarbeiten Sie ein umfassendes Sanierungs- und Restrukturierungskonzept und begleiten anschließend dieses Konzept konsequent in der Umsetzung.
- Während Ihres Einsatzes in unseren Portfoliounternehmen haben Sie die Möglichkeit Projekte von der Analyse bis hin zur finalen Implementierung zu begleiten.
Ihr Profil:
- Abgeschlossenes Wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung.
- Unternehmerische Denkweise, eine strukturiere und verantwortungsvolle Arbeitsweise und Hands-On-Mentalität.
- Hervorragende analytische und strategische Fähigkeiten.
- Fließende deutsche und englische Sprachkenntnisse.
- Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Reisebereitschaft.
