About The Job Sales Manager - Solar Energy

We are seeking a Sales Professional to join our client's team as a Sales Manager in the German market. In this role, you will be at the forefront of expanding the client base and driving revenue growth within the renewable energy sector, specifically focusing on solar products and solutions.

Your primary responsibility will be to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, while also nurturing strong relationships with both existing and potential clients. Leveraging your deep understanding of the solar industry and your network of installer resources, you will develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with the client's goals for market expansion.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, particularly within the solar industry or related fields, and possess excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. Fluency in German is essential, as is the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the German market to expand the client base and drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain robust relationships with both existing and potential clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Track and report on sales activities, performance metrics, and market trends to provide insights and inform strategic decisions.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in the solar industry or a related field.
  • An understanding of the German market and solar industry dynamics.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within Germany.
