Was erwartet dich?

  • Du unterstützt unsere Personalabteilung bei vielfältigen Aufgaben und Projekten.

  • Du hilfst bei der Aktualisierung und Pflege von Mitarbeiterdaten (digital und analog).

  • Du bereitest Arbeitsverträge, Zeugnisse und andere wichtige Dokumente vor.

  • Du organisierst das Onboarding der neuen Mitarbeiter.

  • Du übernimmst administrative Aufgaben im HR-Bereich.

Welche Qualifikationen bringst du mit?

  • Du bist aktuell an einer Universität oder Hochschule immatrikuliert.

  • Du verfügst über gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

  • Du bist organisiert, arbeitest genau und kannst Aufgaben priorisieren.

  • Du bist multitaskingfähig und kannst in einem dynamischen Umfeld arbeiten.

  • Du verfügst über gute IT-Kenntnisse (MS Office Suite).

  • Du bist interessiert an Gesundheitswesen, Medizintechnologie oder an einem ähnlichen Gebiet.

  • Du bist Kommunikationsfähig.
