Senior Channel Sales Manager

We are partnered with a high-end Laboratory Equipment and Protein Purification Life Science company, who have a rich Global history in the industry. They are currently recruiting for a International Operational Channel Manager in South Germany.


Also open to candidates who are currently based in Austria and Netherlands.


Responsibilities

First point of contact for distributors for the following : Business Reviews, sales trainings, price setting, Special price control and renewal, contract renewal, distributor’s assessment.Meets or exceeds the key performance goals set by management.Operational Pipeline management process with key stakeholders from distributors.Identify, qualify and screen distributor candidates in countries across the assigned countries where there is gaps or no current representation.Involved in management of Global Partners under the Direction of the Global Key Accounts and Channel senior sales Director.Work with country specific distributors with regard to contract management and evaluation of performance, measure performance improvement gains within local market strategies.Work with Strategic Accounts Manager, Americas and Global Key Accounts and Channel senior sales Director to develop and implement Channel program.


Qualifications

B.S. or Business Degree with appropriate sales/marketing experience5+ years in sales management experienceExcellent ability to develop annual strategic marketing plansOral and written communication skills in local languages and EnglishMust have Channel/Distribution management experience.Up to 50% travel in territory.
