Deine Aufgaben
Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Financial Analyst (w/m/d) zur Verstärkung unseres Commercial Analysis & Market Intelligence Teams in Düsseldorf. Du wirst Teil des Kompetenzzentrums innerhalb von Uniper Renewables für die Finanzmodellierung und -bewertung sein und an der Bewertung verschiedener Projektentwicklungs-, Investitions- und Asset-Rotationschancen mitwirken.
- Entwicklung, Erstellung und Pflege von Finanzmodellen, Bewertungsinstrumenten und -methoden für Erneuerbare-Energien-Projekte, hauptsächlich für Solar-, Wind- und Batterieprojekte im industriellen Maßstab
- Evaluierung und Bewertung potenzieller Investitionsmöglichkeiten und Partnerschaften, Teilnahme an Due-Diligence-Prozessen und Erstellung von Bewertungsberichten
- Analyse der finanziellen Leistung, der Cashflows, der Renditen und der Risiken der Projekte sowie Ausarbeitung und Vorlage von Investitionsempfehlungen und Berichten für die Geschäftsleitung in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Projektentwicklungsteams
- Zusammenarbeit mit Projektmanagern, Ingenieuren, Entwicklern und anderen Beteiligten, um die Entstehung, Entwicklung und Durchführung von Projekten im Bereich der erneuerbaren Energien zu unterstützen
- Überwachung und Bewertung der Leistung und des Risikos der bestehenden Pipeline sowie Bereitstellung von Erkenntnissen und Empfehlungen
Dein Profil
- Hochschulabschluss in Finanzwesen, Ingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich
- Mindestens 3 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Investitionsanalyse, Unternehmensfinanzierung oder Controlling
- Ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten in der Finanzmodellierung und Erfahrung in der Erstellung und Pflege von DCF-Modellen
- Hervorragende Kenntnisse der MS-Office-Tools (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations-, Präsentations- und Sozialkompetenz mit der Fähigkeit, Ergebnisse mit internen und externen Stakeholdern zu kommunizieren und umfassende Managementpräsentationen zu erstellen
- Kenntnisse von Technologien und Märkten für erneuerbare Energien
- Proaktiv und anpassungsfähig, mit der Fähigkeit, mehrere Projekte und Fristen in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld zu verwalten
- Fließendes Englisch, weitere Sprachen als Bonus
- Wertschätzung für kulturelle Unterschiede
