Opened with the vision of creating an outstanding center of community and culture that serves as an international creative network while driving personal development with equality and inclusion, Notagallery is not just about looking at art, but experiencing it in its all forms. Position Overview:Notagallery is seeking for a skilled and passionate event manager intern to join our team. As event manager intern, you will gain hands-on experience in organizing and coordinating captivating art-related events and music sessions for Notagallery. This internship is Unpaid Availability: 20 hours per week (hybrid) for a duration of 3 monthsResponsibilities:As an Event Manager Intern, your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities:Event Planning: Collaborate with our team to plan and execute art exhibitions, music sessions, and other events hosted at the gallery.Logistics Coordination: Assist in logistics, including scheduling, venue setup, and equipment management, to ensure seamless event execution.Marketing and Promotion: Contribute to the promotion of events through social media, email campaigns, and other marketing Engagement: Welcome and interact with guests during events, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.Support Artists and Musicians: Provide support to artists and musicians, facilitating their needs during Evaluation: Participate in post-event evaluation to gather feedback and insights for continuous improvement.Qualifications:Enthusiasm for the arts, music, and event organizational and communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.Ability to work collaboratively as part of a creative and proactive mindset.Benefits:Gain valuable experience in event management within a creative environment.Network with artists, musicians, and art enthusiasts.Opportunity to attend and participate in diverse art-related events.Mentorship from our experienced team a portfolio of successful event management to Apply:To apply for the position, please send the following materials to [email protected]:Your resume/CV, highlighting relevant link to your portfolio or samples of your work demonstrating your video editing skills.
