Ihre Rolle

Als unternehmensinterne*r Berater*in innerhalb der Konzernfunktion IT betreuen Sie die Weiterentwicklung und Anpassung des Projekt- & Portfoliomanagement im SAP PLM Umfeld weltweit für die verschiedenen ZEISS Business Units.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören

  • Ausrichtung des Portfoliomanagements an die strategischen Unternehmensziele unter Berücksichtigung der Anforderungen der jeweiligen ZEISS Business Units
  • Identifizierung von Optimierungsbedarfen der einzelnen SAP Module, Bewertung der aktuellen und zukünftigen Lösungen und daraus die Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen
  • Stakeholdermanagement mit den verschiedenen ZEISS Business Units sowie mit externen Partnern, fokussiert auf Prozesse, Erwartungen und Anforderungen
  • Unterstützung bei Testing, Dokumentation & Releasewechseln
  • Projektumsetzung sowie Termin- & Budgetplanung
  • Verfolgung aktueller Trends und Machbarkeitsanalysen

Ihr Profil

  • Ein abgeschlossenes technisches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Betreuung und Entwicklung unternehmensweiter IT-Systeme, speziell im SAP PLM Umfeld, Focus Portfolio- und Projektmanagement
  • Die Fähigkeit, komplexe Problemstellungen und neue Anforderungen analytisch und flexibel zu erfassen und eigenverantwortlich anwendbare Lösungen zu entwickeln
  • Eine hohe Neugier und Lernbereitschaft, selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Eine ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit, verbunden mit einer Beratungsorientierung und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Sichere Kommunikation auf Deutsch und Englisch
