DHL Supply Chain is offering an internship opportunity within our Solution Design EMEA Team as a Business Data Analyst Intern/Working Student based in Bonn, Germany.
What will be your job?
  • Support the team in areas of Reporting & KPIs, including analyzing existing dashboards and reports to suggest improvements in structure, contents, and accessibility.
  • Handle ad-hoc requests related to KPIs and reporting.
  • Constantly seek an area of development and improve data quality 
  • Contribute to the Learning and Development domain by creating a user-friendly platform and support the creation of interactive content
  • Assist in preparing business evaluation and reports for higher stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with our Analyst and KPIs Reporting Coordinator to ensure data compliance.

Who are we looking for? Your profile:
  • Curious mindset for understanding business aspects behind numerical data
  • Ability to proactively demonstrate problem-solving and analytical skill
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a complex and international environment
  • Proficient in Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with SQL, Python, and Data Visualization is a plus
  • Fluency in English on the business level
  • Currently in the last stage of studies (Focus on Business Administration or similar)
