Overall Job Description

allO wouldn’t be a start-up high-growth leader without its successful sales team. We’re seeking a qualified a talented and driven Revenue Operations Specialist to join our team and help us streamline our revenue processes, enhance data-driven decision-making, and support our rapid growth. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who is data-driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about optimizing processes. We’re seeking a quick learner with strong analytical skills. You will work closely with founders to ensure our sales team is equipped with the tools, data, and insights they need to succeed.


Responsibilities

  • Data Management & Analysis: Manage CRM and other revenue-related systems, ensuring data integrity and accessibility. Generate and analyze reports to provide actionable insights to the Management team
  • Sales Enablement: Collaborate with the sales team to refine sales processes, manage pipeline health, and ensure accurate forecasting. Support sales with tools, resources, and training
  • Revenue Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards that track key revenue metrics, and provide regular updates to the executive team
  • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, finance, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and support strategic initiatives
  • Tool Management: Oversee the selection, implementation, and management of technology tools that support revenue operations, including CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms
  • Performance Metrics: Define and track KPIs across the revenue cycle, identify areas for improvement, and work with teams to implement changes
  • Market & Competitor Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform sales strategies and identify growth opportunities
  • Compensation: Manage the Commission of the sales team


Required skills and qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights
  • Capability of quickly learning CRM systems like Pipedrive and automation tools like Zapier
  • Bachelor’s degree in natural science or engineering.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated ability to identify challenges and implement innovative solutions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English is required. Fluency in German is NOT needed


Preferred skills and qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a similar role within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Experience with Pipedrive CRM
  • Education background in Mathematics or Physics is a huge plus
