In unserem Team bist du als Sales Revenue Operations Manager (all genders) ein wesentlicher Bestandteil unseres Revenue Operations Teams, das dafür verantwortlich ist, unseren Sales Cycle kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln und den Rahmen für unser Commercial Department zu entwerfen.

WHAT TO EXPECT
  • Sales Operations: du treibst maßgebliche Aspekte im Sales Operations voran, einschließlich Compensation Handling, Forecasting & Target Setting, Sales Meeting Preparation sowie Management-Support bei Geschäftsplanung und Investitionsrunden
  • KPIs: du führst vielfältige Analysen durch, um die wichtigsten KPI's im Sales zu verfolgen
  • Sales Enablement: du führst Sales-Onboarding und -Schulungen durch
  • Content Creation: du entwickelst Sales-Materialien und Präsentationen und erstellest Lead-Generierungskampagnen über LinkedIn und E-Mails
  • Prozessmanagement: du gewährleistest eine kontinuierliche Verbesserung betrieblicher Abläufe zur Optimierung des Revenues
  • Sales Optimization: du optimierst die Schnittstellen zwischen Sales und anderen Departments durch SLAs
  • Strategie: du entwickelst eine GTM-Strategie für neue Branchen und führst Research durch
INSPIRE US BY
  • Background: Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder einem verwandten Bereich
  • Experience: 1-3 Jahre Arbeitserfahrung idealerweise in einem schnelllebigen Arbeitsumfeld wie Unternehmensberatung oder Start-up/Scale-Up
  • Analytical Mindset: Du verfügst über starke analytische Fähigkeiten (insbesondere in Excel)
  • Sales Operations & Optimization: Du verfügst idealerweise über erste Erfahrungen mit CRM-Tools und Projektmanagement sowie ein fundiertes Verständnis von Sales / Revenue Operations
  • Language: Du sprichst verhandlungssicher Deutsch und Englisch
