Sales Manager - Germany - PV, BESS and EV solutions.
I'm partnering with an exciting new client who are offering the full renewable energy solutions, from PV modules right through to ESS and Wallboxes.
They work with some of the best products on the market in each sector, which has allowed them to continue growing whilst the rest of the market has taken a dip.
Over the past 2 years, the company has grown over 125% across the board, with their four key departments all experiencing a minimum growth of 20% in the past 12 months.
I'm looking to speak to Sales Manager's across the Northern regions of Germany, who have worked in the renewable energy sector within a sales capacity.
Key Responsibilities include:
Acquiring new customers in the residential and C&I sector.Offer customised solutions to customers with clear understanding of their needs.Qualifying, processing and developing new accounts.Providing top-level service with inspections and consultations.Representing the company at trade fairs and customer events.Actively participating and leading training sessions.What is required to be successful in this position?
Passion for sales, and desire to generate clear growth.Previous working experience in the renewable energy market, 2 years would be the aim. Clear communication and customer engagement focus.Fluency in German and English.Ability to be a team player.Here is what my client will offer the right person for this position.
