Im Team Advanced Operations für Digital, Robotics and Enabling Technologies verantworten wir die Fertigungsprozessentwicklung für Neuprodukte aus dem Bereich der computer- und robotergestützten Chirurgie, die im Werk in Freiburg sowie bei lokalen und globalen Lieferanten gefertigt werden.

Wir bilden starke Teams mit unseren Partnern innerhalb der Produktentwicklung und begleiten die lokalen und internationalen Projekte von der ersten Idee bis zur Serieneinführung, wobei wir als Schnittstelle zu den verschiedenen Akteuren der Herstellungskette für ein erfolgreiches Anlaufen der Produktion verantwortlich sind.

  • Sie gestalten aktiv die Prozessentwicklung für innovative Produkte aus den Bereichen der mechanischen und elektronischen Produktevon der ersten Idee bis zur Serieneinführung und sind für ein erfolgreiches Anlaufen der Produktion mit effizienten Fertigungsverfahren verantwortlich.

  • Neben der Koordination von internen sowie externen Partnern sind Sie für die Lösung technischer Herausforderungen und für die Implementierung von effizienten Fertigungs- und Prüfstrategien in einem hochtechnisierten Umfeld zuständig

  • In Ihrer Rolle leisten Sie einen wesentlichen Beitrag zur Realisierung von kurzen Entwicklungszeiten unter Berücksichtigung innovativer Fertigungstechnologien, kontinuierlicher Weiterentwicklung sowie Optimierung unserer Herstellungsprozesse

  • Als Projektingenieur*in arbeiten Sie eng mit interdisziplinären und internationalen Projektteams und Prozessexperten zusammen

  • Sie haben die Möglichkeit, sich aus dieser Position in andere Bereiche von Stryker weiterzuentwickeln oder weitere spannende Projekte zu übernehmen

Das zeichnet Sie aus

  • Auf Basis eines erfolgreich abgeschlossenen ingenieurswissenschaftlichen Studiums (Maschinenbau, Medizintechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen o.ä.) verfügen Sie idealerweise über erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Prozessentwicklung, Prozessoptimierung und/oder Projektmanagement

  • Gerne geben wir aber auch ambitionierten Berufseinsteigern eine Chance, die entsprechende Erfahrungen im Rahmen von Praktika sammeln konnten

  • In der Zusammenarbeit mit vielfältigen Schnittstellen überzeugen Sie durch sehr gute kommunikative Kompetenzen, Offenheit und interkulturelle Sensibilität

  • Ihre sehr guten Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse befähigen Sie, problemlos in einem innovativen und internationalen Umfeld zu interagieren

  • Sie bringen die Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen mit
