Senior Director Information Security

Proclinical is seeking a dedicated professional to lead and implement a comprehensive information security strategy in a dynamic, international setting. The role involves ensuring intellectual property protection, business continuity, and compliance, while fostering a culture of cybersecurity awareness across the organisation.
Responsibilities: Develop and implement an integrated information security strategy that ensures intellectual property protection, business continuity, and compliance. Lead a team to collaborate with various stakeholders, fostering enterprise-level information security compliance. Evaluate and analyse current applications and processes for risk, driving continuous improvement and conceptualizing new strategies. Promote and enhance cybersecurity awareness across the organization to bolster organizational resilience.
Key Skills and Requirements: Eligibility to work in Switzerland or the EU. University degree in IT with a focus on cybersecurity or a related field. Comprehensive knowledge of IT and security roles, preferably in an international manufacturing environment. Profound understanding of information security technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and encryption. Strong leadership skills with a knack for constructive persuasion, risk management, and change management processes. A hands-on approach with a high level of perseverance.
