Job Title: Senior Director of Real Estate OperationsMain Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Global Real Estate Director on strategic property acquisitions and dispositions
- Manage facility operations, construction projects, and workplace services across the EMEA region
- Oversee budgeting, vendor contracts, and lease administration for the EMEA theater
- Provide strategic real estate recommendations and operational support to senior management
- Ensure compliance with architectural and design standards for corporate real estate projects
Skills and Experience Required:
- Strong leadership skills in real estate and facilities management
- Experience managing large-scale construction and development projects
- Excellent communication and analytical abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and diverse environment
- Proficiency in budget management and financial reporting
- Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field with 10+ years of corporate real estate experience
Preferred Skills:
- Organized, detail-oriented, and quality-focused
- Ability to develop innovative solutions and collaborate effectively
