Join our welcoming and international team at the Berlin Global Transaction Center (GTC) We are looking for a proactive and service orientated Master Data Team Coordinator (m/f/d) for KWS Berlin GmbH. In this role, you'll support our international business units by overseeing the delivery of operational services and coordinating a team dedicated to standardizing and governing Master Data Management processes throughout the supply chain. Your commitment will be instrumental in driving operational excellence and digitalization. This is a full-time, permanent position at our Berlin location.

 

You will organize and support the efficient provision of Master Data Management service. Your specific tasks include:

  • Operationally lead and guide the Master Data Management team in day-to-day business and in the efforts to standardize process, drive automation and contribute to digital transformation with the implementation of the Master Data Governance tool,
  • Support the development of strategies, goals, and targets within the department by translating department goals into actionable tasks and providing guidance and structure to the team,
  • Facilitate collaboration inside and outside the team and provide support liaising with external providers,
  • Steer reporting activities to enhance visibility and insights into operational performance,
  • Clarification of escalations and organization of feedback management, troubleshooting whenever team colleagues cannot solve challenges on their own,
  • Work closely together with Key User and Senior Associate, e. g. on quality and service improvement and oversee projects, process improvements, and system implementations,
  • Implement internal controls for our Master Data Management operational activities related to Vendor, Material and Customer Master Data,
  • Assist in creating Master Data guidelines and process documentation.

 
Your Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Preferably academic degree in Business Management, Finance, Economics, or any other related field,
  • Initial leadership experience is an advantage,
  • Proficiency in MS Office products, ERP SAP and Power BI knowledge is an advantage,
  • Digital mindset with expertise in Master Data Management and governance is beneficial,
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement,
  • Intrinsic motivation to understand and develop team members,
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal/written communication, organization skills,
  • Confident attitude and not afraid of conflict management,
  • Solution- and service-focused mindset to develop innovative and sustainable solutions,
  • English fluent, any other language skills are considered an advantage.
