Als People Operations Manager (m/w/x) bist du erster Ansprechpartner für unsere Mitarbeitenden und Teamleads und stellst das Daily Business im Bereich sicher. Hierbei hast du die kontinuierliche Optimierung der Prozesse sowie Anpassung an die Bedürfnisse des Unternehmens stets im Blick.
- Du bist verantwortlich für unser tägliche HR-Geschäft, von der Personalverwaltung bis hin zur Mitarbeiterbetreuung
- Du gewährleistest eine reibungslose Umsetzung von HR-Prozessen entlang des gesamten Employee Lifecycles
- Du übernimmst die Verwaltung und Betreuung unserer Mitarbeiterbenefits einschließlich betrieblicher Altersvorsorge und anderen Zusatzleistungen
- Du unterstützt bei der Entwicklung und Implementierung von Richtlinien und Verfahren, die unserer Unternehmenskultur und den Bedürfnissen unserer Mitarbeitenden entsprechen
- Du arbeitest eng mit dem People&Culture Team zusammen, um sicherzustellen, dass alle HR-Aktivitäten den geltenden Gesetzen und Vorschriften entsprechen
- Du arbeitest bei Projekten im HR-Bereich mit und übernimmst auch für kleine Projekte die Leitung
- Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaft, Recht oder Personalmanagement oder alternativ über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung, idealerweise als Personalkaufmann (m/w/x)
- Deine Berufserfahrung erstreckt sich über mindestens 2-3 Jahre und umfasst Tätigkeiten in der operativen Personalarbeit, idealerweise mit Personio
- Du hast fundierte Kenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht und in HR-Best Practices
- Du beherrschst Deutsch auf C1-Niveau und verfügst über Englischkenntnisse auf mindestens B2-Niveau in Wort und Schrift
- Deine präzise, proaktive und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie die Fähigkeit, in einem dynamischen Umfeld erfolgreich zu arbeiten, zeichnen dich aus
