About Our Client

My client is a growing Crypto services company based in Germany. It is well funded and aims to make a difference in the Crypto landscape. I am looking for an experienced Crypto Head of People (m/f/d), to lead the expansion of their European operations.

Job Description

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's goals and valuesManage and oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidatesOversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring that they are integrated into the company culture and valuesDevelop and implement training programs for employees to enhance their skills and knowledgeManage and oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedbackDevelop and implement operational policies and procedures that align with the company's goals and valuesManage and oversee the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reportingEnsure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including data privacy and security regulationsManage and oversee the IT operations of the company, including infrastructure, software, and hardware

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or a related fieldAt least 5 years of experience in HR, operations, or managementStrong knowledge of local and European HR policies and procedures, as well as employment laws and regulationsWork experience in the Crypto industry or in Crypto related departments is a MUST. If you have not been working in the field, you may apply if you can prove extraordinary knowledge in the Crypto field e.g. through self-employed consulting work in Crypto or Crypto certificatesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and GermanStrong leadership and management skills
