Join the innovative team at Siemens Digital Industries Software, where we're at the forefront of shaping the future of marketing. We're seeking a dynamic and seasoned Program Manager to spearhead, plan, execute, and oversee our organization's wide-ranging Go-to-Market (GTM) strategic initiatives.

As a member of our team, the GTM Program Manager will lead various pivotal and strategic programs within a cohesive unit. This role requires extensive marketing expertise and a comprehensive understanding of broad marketing processes. The individual in this position will be responsible for overseeing program needs, providing guidance to team members, coordinating and managing projects, and implementing standardized processes and programs across marketing campaign activities, encompassing strategy, management, reporting, and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and steer significant Marketing programs across Siemens’ business units in alignment with our Go-to-Market strategies.

• Lead program and project management processes, including documenting project scope, devising risk management strategies, creating project schedules and communication plans, conducting performance evaluations, reporting project statuses, managing scope changes, and documenting lessons learned.

• Demonstrate exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with international and remote team members, as well as internal stakeholders and management.

• Take ownership of reporting and dashboards on project status, risks, quality, and performance.

• Identify tasks for project teams, provide feedback on performance, and track progress against targets.

• Collaborate with management to establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) relevant to projects or processes, discuss strategic approaches, and suggest areas for enhancement.

• Work closely with internal customers, including product marketing, field/execution marketing, marketing communications, and marketing service centers, to facilitate deliverables and offer guidance on initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

• Proven experience in program or project management within a marketing or similar environment.

• Strong understanding of marketing concepts, strategies, and tactics across various channels.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.

• Proficiency in using productivity and collaboration tools, such as Microsoft Office suite, project management software, and knowledge base platforms.

• Extremely detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality.

• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Continuous learning mindset to stay updated on industry trends and emerging marketing technologies.

Working Conditions/Physical Requirements:

• Normal office environment or remote work.

• Minimal travel required (less than 15%).
