Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir für THE MARCOM ENGINE (Teil der Serviceplan Gruppe) am Standort München oder Hamburg einen Senior Customer Experience Consultant (all genders) in Vollzeit

In dieser Doppelfunktion als Projektmanager und technischer Berater wirst du einen dynamischen Tagesablauf haben und eine entscheidende Rolle dabei spielen, die Kunden durch die Komplexität und Herausforderungen ihrer Contentsquare-Implementierungen zu führen.

Was dich bei uns erwartet
  • Als Implementierungsexperte betreuen Sie die technische Implementierung von Contentsquare-Lösungen und -Produkten.
  • Du setzt dein analytisches und technisches Fachwissen ein, um Kunden effektiv durch den Implementierungsprozess zu führen.
  • Du gehst auf komplexe Implementierungsherausforderungen ein und stellst sicher, dass die Kunden ihre Ziele erreichen.
  • Du interpretierst die Ziele des Kunden und setzt sie in maßgeschneiderte technische Lösungen um, indem du den Kunden durch den Implementierungsprozess führst.
  • Überwachung des Deployments der verschiedenen Produkte von Contentsquare, einschließlich Digital Analytics Product Analytics und Digital Experience Monitoring.
  • Nutzung von Implementierungsverfahren und Entwicklung innovativer Lösungen, die auf die Website-Architektur des Kunden zugeschnitten sind
Was wir von dir erwarten:
  • Mindestens 3-5 Jahre Erfahrung in den Bereichen technische Implementierung, Support oder technisches Projektmanagement, vorzugsweise in einem SaaS-Unternehmen in einer kundenorientierten Funktion
  • Fähigkeit, mehrere Projekte gleichzeitig zu verwalten und zu priorisieren.
  • Fähigkeit, sich in einem globalen, dynamischen, funktionsübergreifenden und teamorientierten Umfeld zurechtzufinden. Vertrautheit mit agilen Entwicklungsprozessen und -methoden ist von Vorteil.
  • Beherrschung von Webtechnologien wie JavaScript, CSS und HTML. Obwohl es sich nicht um eine Entwicklerrolle handelt, ist die Fähigkeit, etwas Code zu schreiben und zu lesen, erforderlich.
  • Analytisches Denken und Freude an der Suche nach Lösungen für die Herausforderungen der Kunden.
