Ihre Aufgaben:
- Eigenverantwortliche Sicherstellung der Erreichung vorgegebener Sales-Budgets und Targets
- Kontinuierlicher Ausbau, Entwicklung und Betreuung bestehender Kundenbeziehungen im definierten Geschäftsbereich
- Neukundengewinnung
- Optimierung der Kundenbetreuung und des Kundenportfolios
- Verhandlung von Raten
- Erstellung von Kostenkalkulationen und Angeboten
- Planung und Dokumentation der Verkaufsbesuche und Kundentelefonate im firmeneigenen System
- Planung von Vertragsverhandlungen unter Einbeziehung der aktuellen Trade-Strategie
- Abwicklung und Erreichung von vorgegebenen Projektzielen
Ihr Profil:
- Ausbildung oder fachspezifisches Studium im Bereich der Schifffahrt oder Logistikbranche
- Praktische Erfahrung in der Schifffahrt
- Idealerweise erste Erfahrung im Outside oder Inside Sales Bereich
- Gutes Entscheidungs- und Urteilsvermögen
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Kundenorientierung
- Gutes Verhandlungsgeschick
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sicherer Umgang mit gängiger Verkaufssoftware sowie Microsoft Office Anwendungen
