Im Auftrag unseres Kunden, einer erfolgreichen Reederei, suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt, für einen Standort in **Hamburg, **einen erfahrenen **Outside Sales Representative** **(m/w/d). **Diese Position ist im Rahmen der direkten Personalvermittlung in Vollzeit zu besetzen.
**Ihre Aufgaben im Überblick**:
- Kontinuierlicher Ausbau, Entwicklung und Verwaltung bestehender Kundenbeziehungen sowie Neukundengewinnung im Innen
- und Außendienst
- Einhaltung vorgegebener Kennzahlen, Verkaufsziele, Kundenkontakte und -besuche
- Optimierung der Kundenbetreuung und des Kundenportfolios
- Verhandlung von Raten
- Erstellung von Kostenkalkulationen und Angeboten
- Planung und Dokumentation der Verkaufsbesuche und Kundentelefonate im firmeneigenen System
- Planung von Vertragsverhandlungen unter Einbeziehung der aktuellen Trade-Strategie
- Abwicklung und Erreichung von vorgegebenen Projektzielen
**Ihr Profil**:
- Ausbildung oder fachspezifisches Studium im Bereich der Schifffahrt oder Logistikbranche
- Praktische Erfahrung in der Schifffahrtsbranche
- Idealerweise erste Erfahrung im Outside oder Inside Sales Bereich
- Gutes Entscheidungs
- und Urteilsvermögen
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Kundenorientierung
- Gutes Verhandlungsgeschick
- Fließende Deutsch
- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sicherer Umgang mit gängiger Software
