bist du verantwortlich für die Entwicklung und den Betrieb der Software in einem unserer Projekte nach dem Prinzip "You build it, you run it". Dabei legen wir großen Wert auf TDD sowie Continuous Deployment und verfolgen den DevSecOps Ansatz.Aufgaben
Details zu der Stelle

Arbeite als Teil eines kollaborativen, multidisziplinären Projektteams, in dem du nicht nur Software entwickelst, sondern sie auch aktiv betreibst.Definiere Meilensteine für jede Iteration in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team und übernehme die Verantwortung dafür, sie zu erreichen.Der Fokus liegt auf dem Schreiben von qualitativ hochwertigem Code, je nach Projekt mit Technologien wie Java, Spring, Typescript/Javascript oder React/VueUnterstütze und fördere die Entwicklung anderer Teammitglieder: Du übernimmst im Rahmen disziplinarischer Führungsverantwortung das Mentoring, Coaching und die Karriereentwicklung für bis zu 4 Engineers, die fachlich nicht unbedingt in deinem Team arbeiten.Arbeite eng mit dem Produktteam zusammen, um sicherzustellen, dass die Software allen Sicherheits- und Datenschutzanforderungen gerecht wird.Anforderungen
Dein ProfilUmfassende Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung und im Betrieb von komplexen Systemen bringst du mit.Du fühlst dich sowohl im Backend als auch im Frontend wohl und beherrschst Technologien wie Java, Spring, Typescript/Javascript sowie React/Vue und lernst gerne stetig dazuDu hast bereits erste Erfahrungen im Mentoring oder Coaching gesammelt und strebst nach disziplinarischer Führungsverantwortung.Im Umgang mit Infrastructure as Code fühlst du dich wohl.In agilen Teams arbeitest du am liebsten und du schätzt konstruktive Diskussionen sowie regelmäßiges Feedback.Du bist ergebnisorientiert und bringst eine starke intrinsische Motivation mit, die digitalen Aspekte der Verwaltung zu verbessern.In der Kommunikation auf Deutsch und Englisch bist du mindestens auf B2-Niveau und fühlst dich wohl, beide Sprachen zu sprechen.Wenn du Lust hast, löse gerne unsere Frontend oder Backend Coding Challenge und bewirb dich damit. Nach Eingang deiner Bewerbung erhältst du innerhalb von ca. 2 Wochen eine Einladung zu einem ersten Kennenlernen (Screening Call) mit deiner TA Partner*in oder eine Absage.  

Nach einem erfolgreichen Screening Call folgen eine Coding Challenge sowie zwei bis drei Gespräche mit DigitalService Mitarbeitenden. Zunächst geht es um deine fachliche Qualifikation, danach um Werte und Erwartungen in Bezug auf Team und Zusammenarbeit. Wir informieren dich über Feedback nach den Terminen und melden uns nach dem letzten Gespräch zügig mit der finalen Zu- oder Absage. Dein Ansprechpartner steht dir während des ganzen Prozesses jederzeit für Rückfragen, Feedback & Austausch zur Verfügung.
