Account Manager, FBA

Help selling partners recognize further potential and grow their businesses internationally, leveraging Amazon to expand their relevant product selection to customers. Manage a portfolio of selling partners, assist them with their setup and help them understand Amazon‘s services and tools to be more effective in building and managing their Amazon business.
Develop and report on key performance indicators for your selling partner-portfolio, providing analysis into root causes for performance improvements. Obtain ongoing selling partner feedback to assess performance against objectives and drive seller satisfaction with Amazon.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Fluent in both German and English.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication (written and verbal) skills.
- Self-motivated team player, with a hands-on mentality to thrive in a dynamic, constantly evolving team environment.
- Ability to work cross-functionally, thinking both strategically and tactically, with attention to detail.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Successful candidates will have proven experience in developing original ideas, approaches, and solutions to typical, unusual, or difficult situations in a competitive and ever changing business climate
