Project Manager Capacity Planning

Ihre Rolle
- Sie verantworten die mittel- & langfristige Planung unserer maschinenseitigen Produktionskapazitäten
- Sie erarbeiten und definieren den Bedarf an Maschinen und Anlagen basierend auf Stückzahlveränderungen, New Product Introductions und strategischer Initiativen
- Im Rahmen dessen arbeiten sie eng mit dem Masterplanning, den Fertigungsbereichen, den Field of Businesses, dem Supply Chain Management und R&D zusammen
- Sie bereiten Investitionsentscheidungen vor und vertreten diese im Freigabeprozess
- Sie gestalten die Weiterentwicklung der Planungsprozesse und Planungstools für die operative, taktische und strategische Kapazitätsplanung unserer Maschinen und Anlagen
- Sie stellen die korrekte und konsistente Maschinenplanung sicher durch die Erstellung von Richtlinien, Schulung in der Organisation sowie der Übernahme einer Governance-Rolle
Ihr Profil
- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches oder technisches Hochschulstudium mit sehr guten Ergebnissen
- Sie bringen umfassende Erfahrung in Produktionsplanung, Fertigungssteuerung und/oder Logistikprozessen sowie idealerweise mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung, idealerweise bei einem Hightech-Industrieunternehmen mit
- Sie verfügen über Expertenkenntnisse im Bereich des Projektmanagements und des dazugehörigen Toolsets (idealerweise zertifiziert)
- Sie sind kommunikationssicher und haben ein empathisches Auftreten gegenüber allen Schnittstellen und über alle Management-Levels hinweg
- Sie haben die Fähigkeit zu analytischem Denken und ein hohes Maß an Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
- Sie haben ein ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein einschließlich Erfahrung in der erfolgreichen Umsetzung von Change Projekten oder Task Forces
- Sie verfügen über fundierte SAP Erfahrung in den Modulen PP & MM
- Sie kommunizieren sicher in Deutsch und Englisch (C-Level)
