Your RoleZEISS are seeking a passionate, dynamic IT Project Manager to join this exciting time for the organisation. The successful candidates will be responsible for managing IT activities of multiple SAP S/4HANA deployment Responsibilitiesplan, coordinate and supervise IT activities of multiple SAP S/4HANA deployment projects within one hubmanage scope, schedule and budget for IT-related activities in deployment projects and monitor (technical) project deliverablesplan and ensure IT resource availability and coordinate & supervise the work of the highly motivated project teams and collaborate with different stakeholders across locationsalign with global factory coordinators, organize and coordinate data migration, testing & cutover for associated deployment projectsidentify, escalate/mitigate and resolve IT-related issues and risks associated with the deployment projectsprepare project reporting on progress, milestone status, issues and meeting time, budget and content targets, carrying out reporting and information management and preparing cost/benefit analyses and forecastsmanage communication with project stakeholders on IT-related activitiesYour Profilebachelor's degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field3-5 years of relevant professional experience with reference in IT Project Management, with responsibility in planning, management, implementation, and successful transition to operations proven ability to lead teams of technical project resourcesability to create and/or review configuration and technical specificationsrelevant certifications, e.g., SAP certifications, PMP, SCRUM etc.a high degree of initiative, excellent conceptual, results-oriented and communication skillsability to build networks and keenness to work in intercultural and interdisciplinary global teamsbusiness fluent in Englishwillingness to travelYour ZEISS Recruiting Team:Marina Löw
