Summary

For the Management of HENSOLDT Optronics GmbH we are looking for an "PMO Optronics (f/m/d)" at the Oberkochen site as soon as possible.

Your Tasks- Ensure compliance, development and training of the Manage, Products, Projects & Solutions (MPP) process for the Optronics & LS Division.-
- Methodical support of the project management in the product lines of the business units in project planning and structuring as well as in tracking and controlling of milestones and costs- Ensuring monthly project reporting and the consolidation, structuring and preparation of all project-relevant data at all levels- Coordinating project reviews and the EAC process in collaboration with the project manager/commercial manager- Supporting the performance of the required planning and controlling tasks, especially for complex projects- Ensuring contractual order processing and safeguarding project margins through target/actual deviation analyses and development of corrective measures in coordination with project management- Ensuring continuous workload/capacity and resource planning as well as proactive risk & opportunity management- Takeover of this project management of cross-sectional projects on company level

Willingness to travel on business is required

Your Profile- Completed studies in the area of industrial engineering or comparable- Professional experience in multi-project management of complex projects and experience in the area of project management office- International project experience and professional experience in bid management- Professional experience in markets for products and systems of defense and security technology with corresponding national and international customer and business contacts advantageous- Very good communication skills in a demanding work environment- Assertiveness, ability to work in a team and flexibility- Ability to motivate and harmonize the needs of different stakeholders- English business fluent as well as German, approximate native language skills
