locationsOberkochenFull timeposted onPosted Todayjob requisition idJR_1027453Your roleAs HR Transformation Projects Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic planning and management of multiple global ZEISS HR-projects and initiatives with focus on transformation and digitalization, process standardization and optimization in close cooperation with diverse stakeholder groups across the ZEISS groupAs a direct reportee of the Head of GFT T&O, you will act as a strategic partner of the global HR Community, and identify new global projects and potential areas for a digital TransformationYou are responsible for setting up, synchronizing, and supporting global, group-wide HR transformation projects and the execution of selected cross-functional projectsYou will work with global project teams and coordinate internal and external resources, manage the strategic projects within scope, schedule, and timelines with the project staff from various functional departments.
As well as enable and create the design of processes, workflows, and best practices within WorkdayYou will act as Demand Manager to guide through the Evaluation, Design, Implementation, Training and Communication processes for digital transformation projects in HRYou will coordinate the functional valuation of highly dependent requirements and ensuring the smooth scheduling of them within stand-alone and connected projectsAlso, you will help collect learnings within the HR Organization, to be integrated into new projectsHence you will communicate through the projects and ensure change management is carried out in the implementation and post go live within the HR Organization for technical and functional solutionsYour profileAn excellent University degree in a business, IT or tech related program (Masters preferred)5 years of professional experience in a leading project role within HR or HRISTrack record of successfully leading large projects or programs in the area of HR TransformationIntercultural experience in multinational projectsExperienced in stakeholder management, confident appearance towards different hierarchies and target groupsExcellent communication skills as well as the empathy to productively collaborate with people from diverse backgrounds (cultural, national,....)Pro-active and hands-on approach to challenges and getting things done mindsetAnalytical and conceptual thinking and passion for challengesFluent English and German language skillsJoin us today.
