Was macht ein IT-Support Engineer - 3rd Level bei DCON?
  • unsere Kunden im laufenden Betrieb von Servity unterstützen
  • unseren IT-Servicedesk als Kontaktperson für unsere Kunden unterstützen
  • Anfragen und Störungsmeldungen in unserem Ticketsystem annehmen und qualifizieren
  • die Probleme unserer Kunden gemeinsam mit unserer Entwicklungsabteilung und deinem Team analysieren und die passenden Lösungen finden
  • funktionierende Abläufe und somit auch die Zufriedenheit der Kunden sicherstellen
  • unsere Server Monitoring Systeme überwachen und den Ticketprozess koordinieren

Das bringst du mit
  • eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung z. B. zum Fachinformatiker oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • erste praktische Erfahrung im IT-Helpdesk, IT-Service Desk oder 3rd-Level-Support
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Dienstleistungsorientierung
  • Bereitschaft zur kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung
  • Teamgeist
  • sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse
