Job Title: SAP Sales Director for Europe (EMEA)

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Director to drive sales in SAP domain. As a Senior Sales Director, you will be at the forefront of driving the adoption of our cutting-edge Master Data Governance solution, revolutionizing how SAP customers realize value in data quality programs.

Your role will be pivotal in working with SAP sales leadership and in engaging, educating, and transforming how our customers realize superior data quality. We are one of the most successful SAP Application Development partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will consistently deliver license and service revenue targets – ensuring company revenue goals, and that objectives are achieved quarter over quarter and year over year.
  • You will work with SAP regional sales and leadership teams to drive pipelines and deal closure.
  • You will accurately forecast quarterly, and annual revenue numbers for the Master Data Governance solution, dedication to the number and to deadlines.
  • You will direct sales activities within assigned areas, set expectations, provide mentorship, prioritize efforts, hold the team accountable for building pipelines and executing each phase of the sales cycle.
  • You are responsible to uncover new opportunities, develop new logos, build champions, present specific use cases, demonstrate the differentiated value of our products and services, and negotiate favorable pricing and terms by selling value and return on investment.
  • You will work as a team for the most efficient use and deployment of resources; collaborate with sales engineering, channels/alliances, professional services, product, legal, marketing, and engineering teams to create a flawless customer experience.
  • You will use CRM system extensively.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years working in the SAP eco-system, either as sales or alliance capacity
  • Strong business acumen in Asset Management, Supply Chain, SAP S/4HANA Transformation, Master Data Quality, S/4HANA and SAP BTP technology landscape and can speak to it intelligently
  • Experienced key account manager driving adoption of SaaS software in key accounts
  • Experience working with SAP partners, including SI’s and VAR’s
  • Forecasting to executive leadership and managing quarterly and annual book of business across a sales team

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of executive sales experience
  • Prior experience working for SAP and/or partner eco-system.
  • Experience with >$1M ARR deal sizes, 9+ month sales cycles.
  • Experience selling to SAP customer base.
  • Experience with target account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniques.
  • Highly professional persona and polished demeanor.
  • Strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills; effective at delivering executive level presentations.
